Initial analysis of the documents starts at $550.00 at our offices. In the event a physical appearance and expert witness testimony is required the following fees apply. Local court cases (60 mile radius from Olympia, Washington) start at $1,050.00 per 4 hour increment, per day. Outside the local area the fees start at $3,500.00 per 4 hour increment per day, plus expenses.** **Expenses are air fare, hotel accommodations, meals, and transportation.
